Description | Kentek's Livestream Laser Safety Officer course is delivered over 9 individual sessions using Zoom. Each session is 2-3 hours (beginning at 1pm EST) and includes instruction, discussion and Q&A. Zoom is web-based video conferencing that can be used on a desktop, laptop, or mobile device. A Zoom account is not necessary to attend a Zoom meeting. This Laser Safety Officer (LSO) training is intended for individuals in industrial, research, or educational institutions required to perform the duties of LSO as defined by ANSI Z136.1 "Safe Use of Lasers" standard. This course meets all training requirements of OSHA and ANSI. To ensure effective and personal instructor/attendee interaction this course is limited to 12 attendees. Kentek understands that individual work schedules are subject to change. In the event you are not able to attend a session, makeup sessions will be available. |
