  • A three and a half day Administrative Laser Safety Officer course, intended for individuals in research, education, and complex industrial laser environments without emphasis on mathematical calculations of laser hazards. Monday - Thursday noon
  • A four and a half day Comprehensive Laser Safety Officer course including our three and a half day Administrative Laser Safety Officer course plus a 4th day with emphasis on laser hazard analysis calculations and extended source hazard analysis.  This course also includes our Comprehensive LSO Practice Exam in preparation for the Board of Laser Safety Certified Laser Safety Officer Exam. Monday - Friday noon
  • A two and a half day Industrial Laser Safety Officer course for laser users in industrial environments. For personnel with no previous laser use as well as more experienced laser users. Meets training requirements of OSHA and ANSI Z136.1 "Safe Use of Lasers" standard. Monday- Wednesday noon
  • This online Laser Safety Officer (LSO) course is intended for individuals in industrial, research, or educational institutions required to perform the duties of LSO as defined by ANSI Z136.1 “Safe Use of Lasers” standard. For those attendees looking for more in-depth knowledge on hazard analysis there is an additional module available. This module contains examples demonstrating laser hazard analysis using EASY-HAZ™ LSO software. This course meets all training requirements of OSHA and ANSI.
  • Livestream Laser Safety Officer Training

    Kentek's Livestream Laser Safety Officer course is delivered over 9 individual sessions using Zoom. Each session is 2-3 hours and includes instruction, discussion and Q&A. This Laser Safety Officer (LSO) course is intended for individuals in industrial, research, or educational institutions required to perform the duties of LSO as defined by ANSI Z136.1 "Safe Use of Lasers" Standard. This course meets all training requirements of OSHA and ANSI.
  • Kentek’s Livestream Laser Safety Officer for Handheld Laser Welding course is delivered over two consecutive 3.5 hour sessions using Zoom. This course is designed to meet the basic needs of Laser Safety Officers working in a manufacturing environment using handheld laser welding systems. It meets the training requirements of OSHA and ANSI Z136.1 “Safe Use of Lasers” standard. No previous experience in laser safety is required.
